i talked to a person named ‘‘Leighton’’ from customer serves yesterday about the app not excepting me as membership and the reason is my payment method ‘’ the website said that’'. even tho nothing wrong with information, the conversation ticket number is 36753743.
i really need to be a member before i start my business because last time when i used Shopify in different email I lost everything and all the time and the energy i put went to wast. i really want to start my online business with Shopify, I took classes and learned everything i need to for this and now i cant start because a reason i don’t know about.

First, I’m sorry to hear about the issues that you’re having with signing up for Shopify. Since we’re communicating in the forums, and we’re unable to authenticate folks here, I’m unable to refer to the ticket you referenced, or access/discus any of your account details.
With that being said, it looks like you’ve already reached out to our Live Team regarding your issue, and that’s great. Since you have an open ticket, you’ve been authenticated via that email chain. What I recommend that you do is follow up with that email chain directly with any questions you may have about your issue. The folks on the other end of that ticket have you authenticated, and can dive deeper into your account than we can here, which is going to be required for your issue.
