important to note before I get into my issue, my store is called Olivia Stalvey Art, stalvey will be my name when my fiance and I get married however it is not currently my legal name. I am setting up my store and when I went to set up my payout, I guess i didnt realize it had auto filled my information and it filled my name as Olivia Stalvey so of course shopify couldnt verify my identity for payouts. everytime i click the “update information” it brings me to the tax verification page and says “Enter the SSN for Olivia Stalvey” with NO way for me to change the name so of course it cant verify my information! ive tried everything and i cant find where i can redo the original form and fix my last name. Im just so frustrated, if anyone known how i can fix this that would be very helpful thank you so much.
