I am having an issue with my image on site being cropped out. When I view it in my theme customisation, it looks perfectly okay, however, when I upload it and view it on the webpage, the image is cropped so you can’t see the writing, and also on the mobile view, it crops it. How can I fix this to make sure the image is resized and not cropped? This is multi-row content, and it is on my main page. I tried clicking on the element, but there is no feature to click to adapt image size or anything as such. Please help. Thank you.

No, I am so sorry, I made changes and uploaded the cropped image just 2 days ago. I was annoyed that the original image was being cropped, so I cropped it myself and changed the focus point to make it less obvious. i just changed it back to the original on my site, so you can please check. I attached screenshots showing the image should be full, but it gets cropped. Please help.
