My Google ads not working on androids apparently there’s an issue with my sitelink - I’ve been trying to get help from Shopify support but there doesn’t seem any longer to be 24/7 support not even a chat. I don’t know how to fix this problem and would be hugely grateful if anyone had any advice? Rosalind

If it says Not Connected, you’ll want to make sure your DNS settings are pointed to Shopify. If you’ve purchased your domain through a third party, then you need to edit the following DNS settings: Your A record should point to Shopify’s IP address, which is 23.227.
Hi there and thank you so much for trying to help me. Apologies for my not being more tech-y but where do I find my DNS settings? I’m using the IMPULSE theme for my website all purchased via Shopify so no third parties involved.
Hi there - I’m on a mac laptop and I’ve now located DNS but it only has one IP address which is where I am. There isn’t a ‘A Record’ tab so I still don’t know what to do about this problem. Any further advice would be hugely appreciated!
Hi DamarisO, Thank you for your reply. But it’s not my problem reaching my website it’s apparently if a potential customer is on an android and they click on the google ad it doesn’t take them to my website, instead, they get an error message. So I don’t see how what my browers are doing can make a difference. Thanks so much again for trying to help though, Rosalind
