I haven’t had any luck getting any assistance. I can’t chat or get on the phone with anyone. And now the link to the help center is no longer working. I keep get the error below

If possible, please try using a different browser to see if you have a different result. Additionally, try resetting your internet connection, or trying a different network to see if that helps. Lastly, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
