I have a Bundle of products in my store with a third-party app. The app generates the discount code automaticly.

The original price of the bundle is $100

With the discount code the price is $80 (-$20)
I have set my store free shipping (shipping and delivery -settings) for orders over $100.
The problem is the following: Customers get free shipping because the free shipping -settings don’t recognize the discount codes. So the discount codes see $100 price and give free shipping → the price is $80e and doesn’t include free shipping.
Is that possible to change in some way - that Shopify understands the discount codes and doesn’t give free shipping for orders that value $80?
