Our company uses A2000 ERP software. When we opened our Shopify store, A2000 provided us with an API so that orders and fulfilment information could pass between Shopify and A2000.
On June 8, we received notification that we needed to “Migrate To Fulfillment Orders API By June 30, 2023” and in the email our A2000 API was listed as requiring the update. We contacted A2000 who were on top of it and had already made the required changes to our API. However, A2000 informed us that we needed to “make sure that the location/fulfillment orders are enabled on your store in order to bring the correct data into A2000 to use the new feature when fulfilling”. In Shopify Settings, there is a “Locations” tab where we have our Warehouse location entered as the fulfillment location, but this seems to have nothing to do with A2000 and Shopify’s Fulfillment Orders update.
Having searched throughout Shopify for any settings about location/fulfillment, and finding none, I contacted Shopify Support through chat. They seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and I have gone back and forth between Shopify and A2000 support and have gotten nowhere. I even had A2000 contact Shopify support directly and the issue remains an unresolved mystery.
Does anyone on this forum have any idea if there are settings in Shopify that need to be updated to complete the Migration to Fulfillment Orders requirement by Shopify?
