Product Availability w/ Currency Selector

Hi all. This is a weird one that I just can’t find any documentation containing its explanation. So I am located in the US and I’m looking at this pretty normal collection here:

When I change the currency from USD to CAD I see the products no longer have any availability:

So I look around for any custom code or app that might be doing this and really can’t find anything. Inventory is all setup in a single location as well. When I look at the JSON product data for that first Everyday Backpack product I see this as expected:

Now when I change the currency to CAD I see this:

So is this implying that since I’m in the US, and I choose CAD, the inventory is no longer available to me??? Is this documented anywhere?

Anybody have any other ideas? I appreciate any help here. Thanks all.

Ok. BIG shoutout to Mike Warwick from Astound Commerce who I believe cracked this one. SHIPPING ZONES!

This shop did not have Canada as a possible shipping destination with a shipping rate so when the country/currency changed to CAD, Shopify removed availability of the items. I added a shipping zone and rate for Canada and, after about 5 minutes, all the inventory became available. Magic!
