I’ve added code to our Product pages regarding our Sale items with separate text to inform customers that constantly tell us an item is not reflecting a sale price in the shopping cart because the item is not on sale. This addition of information has been very effective, however, we discovered yesterday that the product banner image is not optimizing correctly on the product pages. I’ve attached a screenshot to show the issue. I’ve tried every combination of image sizes and also copied/pasted the image information also used on the Sale page itself. The Home page uses a full-size image and the Sale collection a smaller version of the same. This views correctly and fills the page beautifully on desktop and tablets but not on mobile. Is there an additional piece of code that Responsive needs to correct this when viewing on mobile? I’ve included the code as edited in the Products section of the theme. You can view this issue by going to any product page on mobile at

I also tried several tutorials I found online with instructions for adding a Product-banner asset to add a banner image to all product pages but found this also did not seem to work with just the mobile version.
Code added to theme:

Sale prices apply ONLY to Sale category. No discount code needed. Discount is immediate and shows both our regular retail and current sale price. Current Sale ends 8/27/23 at midnight. Check out our weekly unadvertised deals on the flashing Home page menu with the monthly sale and clearance items.
