product card aspect ratio need to be fixed

Hi, Guys hope you all are Okay,

My problem is that all of my product images not in the same sizes and I have too many products So when I try to make crop throw Product Card Aspect Ratio 1:1 to be equal to each other the images all disappearing until I make it Auto Cropped.
So Please I need a solution As Soon As Possible
