Product Carousel Thumbnails Cannot be Selected

Hello,

I’m currently working on a client’s website and have noticed that the carousel thumbnails on the product page have suddenly become unclickable.

Could someone please advise on what might be causing this issue and suggest a possible solution?

Thanks for sharing the Store URL.

I would be more than happy to help with that. I checked that when I click on the Product thumbnail image, it isn’t clickable. When I inspected and found that a JS conflict caused this issue.

Yes please! I have narrowed down the issue and it seems that the Zip Pay Widget we have installed on the procut page is interfering with the carousel images, as well as the product recommendation section. Is there something I can do to amend this so that we can keep the functionality of all of these without removing the widget?

Yes you can fix it without removing the widget.

You just need to take a look which class or id is responsible for click event. Just choose it and then change it’s name.
