Product Conditions are not filtering as expected

We have one sales channel with a few collections. Until a few months ago, the product conditions were behaving as they should, and those products marked with “Does Not Contain” and then key word, were NOT included in the default estore collection and instead to a unique collection.

Now, the Product Conditions are not filtering as expected.

When attempting to get support by:

Click to select a store to connect with a support advisor

Returns an error message {“sid”:“6dfd488b-0d6a-445e-bbb8-b4bfcb16ebc1”} at this url https://help.shopify.com/user/login?returnTo=/shop-select

Note - I can’t seem to locate which version we are on. Any ideas?
