(Product Core Charge-Refundable Fee for certain products) We moved over to Shopify and assumed this would be a feature (yes we assumed) Looking at other platforms this is not an uncommon feature. Why is this an issue on the platform?

I am searching for a solution to this as well. Nobody has answered your questions so I thought I would ask if you have found a solution or what your doing for a work around.
