Im starting a computer business where we sell prebuilt / custom built gaming PCs. I have a design that i want to implement but need some guidence for maybe the best app to use or a page customizer or happy to pay $$$ for whoever can build the page for me.
Basically i want the customers to be able to easily choose the PC Case/chassis design they like, Choose their pre-configured specs and simply add to cart. and the added cart item needs to reflect the relevent image based on customer selection and the specs they have chosen.

I checked and it seems the feature you need is just add to cart bundle.
That is, parts like PC Cas, Ram,… will be individual products, then customers just need to choose the products they want, you will give configuration suggestions, it will add to cart. All products are components, everything will work fine.
