You can upload the postage price with a spreadsheet or save them in metafields - our app can access both to display the rates at checkout. For this kind of application, your store needs to be on higher shopify plans (Adanced or Plus - or Shopify with additional monthly fees) to have access to the third-party carrier calculated shipping (CCS) feature.
