Greetings. I have all my product descriptions above my add to cart buttons. I would like to add/include FAQs for products that will be lengthy and want them separate from the product description. Is there any easy way to place it below the button through the edit products screen or is this custom code? If so does anyone have an answer to this one? thanks in advance for any help

You can change product description using drag-drop feature of Shopify.
Go to online-store → customize → product → choose description and drag it to your desired position.
