I am currently running my shop with the ‘Milano 2.0’ theme.
Our store is not launched yet however we’ve only just noticed that our product descriptions are not showing. All of our products have product descriptions included in the admin backend but for some reason, they are not reflecting in the shop face. I have checked the text colour but it appears that the description is not on the page at all and there is also nowhere to adjust these settings under the Theme settings.
Please help as descriptions are critical to us and I simply can’t identify the issue.
That is short description may display a metafield. Please try clicking Add block, check if it has a Description block, add it, and drag and drop it to the place where you want the description to appear.
After clicking add block under product information section in the product template add description highlighted in grey on the left. Look for Description block instead of short description.
