Product Detail> Customs information for international shipping is throwing error on Checkout

Hi,

Checking “Include customs information for international shipping” on product Detail page is throwing the following error on Shipping methods.

“This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.”

I’ve observed that the issue could be the Weight of the product where I’ve increased the weight and it started working. But the problem is it’s picking a higher shipping rate slab.

I don’t understand the connection between Customs information & Weight. Please check the below references to reproduce the issue.

Here’s the actual product duplicate I made on which its throwing error for your reference where the weight is set to 13oz:

Hi Sharon, thanks for responding. The issue seems to be with the weight of the product.
The weight slabs aren’t working properly. As explained in the post above, I have increased the weight by few points to make it work. But still it’s faulty.
