Hi, I’m having two issues which may be related:

  1. The only product filter that shows up on any collection page is the price filter, all other filters have disappeared (yes, they are still enabled Search & Discovery - Filters).

  2. The price filter doesn’t work, as in it doesn’t show any items. For example, I have an item in stock listed at $500 (discounted from $999), if I filter price $0 to $1,000 nothing shows up.

I have tried clearing my cache/switching browsers and disabling my ad-blocker with no success. The disappearing filters (Availability, Product Type, Tags) may have happened when I went from a free trial to the Basic plan. Any help would be appreciated!

I am having the same/a similar problem and I’m pretty sure the issue is I’ve hit a limit where there are too many facet attributes on the page. If I reduce the number of products, I end up with fewer attributes and the product filters reappear. I’d just like to know:

How do I know what the threshold is? Kind of a pain in the ass to rearrange my site not knowing what it will take.

Filter option / facet is just not existing in the english translated version of the website
