The product images are blurry and so are the blog images. How can we get our images sharp?

A quick look for the blogs shows the servde image size (1100x619 ~ 1.77705977383 ~ 0.5627)
which is off from pure 16:9 aspect ratio from the original image size( 2400x1350 ~ 1.7777777777 ~ 0.5625%) .
Combine that with the poor design choice of the color & font having bad contrast and things look blury and lines loose crispness in different situations.
Product pages looks like the original images are not large and are being served as larger than they are. Original 1155x1155 tries to be served as 1445px
And it looks like even the original image would be of poor quality with blurry line work.
Whelp, shoot. I have bought test shirts and they are fine.
The main blog page images are horrible; yet, when clicked the images improve.
You can fix the issue with image of block from Online store > Themes > Customize > Blog > Default blog > Blog posts > Featured image height > Adapt to image
Same thing with image on product list Online store > Themes > Customize > Collections > Default collection > Product grid > Image ratio > Adapt to image
