Product images are not showing (white space)

Hi,

I’ve noticed a problem on our Shopify store. From around a few days whenever you go into product images are not showing and there is a white blank box. Sometimes when you go into a product it shows but most of times not. I’ve asked few friends to test and most had the same problem except one who had iPhone and it worked on hers. Any solutions? I tried codes from previous similar topics but it didn’t work.

I checked the issue and I think it is a slider JS issue cause sometimes it’s working.
For that, I need to check in the code what’s the issue.
