We’ve been running into a strange issue on our Shopify Plus store (https://stylo.pk/) our product images keep disappearing every 2 to 3 days. We reached out to support earlier, and they suggested updating our theme, which we did. Unfortunately, the problem is still happening.

That is a strange issue for sure. But I did not understand, do images get removed from both admin and front-end ?

Because if it is from the admin, then what theme you are using has no relation to the issue. You could use Dawn, it would be he same.

Do you have an app that syncs product info?
