Hi Bitfix - it sounds like this might be a theme-related issue. Which theme are you using?

I don’t think that’s a theme from the Shopify Theme Store, so it’s very difficult to determine what might be the issue, since themes bought outside the Shopify Theme Store are not obligated to follow the requirements we list here.

Your best option would be to reach out to the theme provider directly.
