I came across a slight issue in my product pages- the images do not change when clicking on them, however upon reloading the page everything appears to work fine.

Could you check if this issue could be caused by your chat widget? The first time I opened your product page, I saw this issue, and the image could not be clicked, but after refreshing the page, this issue disappeared, and the image could be clickable.

I disabled the Shopify Chatbox feature, however the issue persists. I contacted Shopify support, hopefully they are able to look into this.

I guess it was caused by the conflict between an app and your theme. You can try to go to Online Store > Themes > Customize > App embeds, disable apps here to check
Thank you for your suggestion. I disabled all App embeds, one by one, but unfortunately the issue still persists.
