Product Images Don't show on Safari Mobile

As many of other users of the forum, i’m facing problems with the display of images on safari mobile. The image at the second main image of the homepage doesn’t show, nor the recommended products slideshow on product pages.

I saw diverse requests for help on the forum saying that the problem was solved, but I could not find the details. Could you help me please? my customers are mainly on Safari, specifically iOS. Everything works perfectly on desktop browsers, the issue is only on safari mobile.

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.

I’ve taken a look at your storefront (vanessacocchiaro.com) and I wasn’t able to replicate the same issue using the Safari browser on my mobile device (eg. iPhone 13/iOS 15.3). That being said, I’m able to see the second image on the homepage as well as the images in the recommended products section on the product pages.

Just to confirm, were you able to resolve the issue already? Also, would removing the “Powered by Shopify” message from the footer be something that interests you?

Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately when I use Safari on my iphone 11 the images are still not
working, i am checking with friends phones to see if they have the same
issue.
