Hello, I have been searching for months on end to no avail in finding the answer to this question. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. When adding products to my store from aliexpress, some of the images show up misaligned in their respective collection(s). I have read all about adjusting a 1:1 ratio. I have done that. However, when I do, these images end up massively enlarging. How do I solve this issue? I can usually figure out what should be a simple solution to these kinds of “simple” issues but I am beyond frustrated and about to pull my hair out on this one. Thanks so much.
