When is change something under my product all product changes and when i add something all products adds it..

This is Richard from PageFly - Landing page builder, I’d like to suggest this idea:
Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Customize theme

Step 2: Product page-> Create template:

Step 3: Select the product you want to use the template you just created

Step 4: Complete. You can set up individual settings for the product you just selected
