Product information not displaying after adding product information and hitting preview

Hi,

I’m not sure why, but when I add product information such as the details and the title of the product, I then hit preview to see the page. But nothing appears on the page except the pictures I uploaded. I don’t see any wording on the previewed page.

Thanks for posting! I hope your day is going well.

I understand you’re having issues with your Product Description populating on your site. To help you with this situation we will need a bit more information. For example, what theme are you using? Are you using any third party apps? Have you adjusted your theme code? Lastly, can you please provide your domain?

What could possibly be happening, is you are using a custom product template. When you open the product in your Shopify Admin, is the theme template located in the bottom right hand corner set to ‘Default Product?.’ If not, please assign it to ‘Default Product’ and try again.

Next, each theme has different section settings within the theme editor. Please head to Online Store > Customize > Product Page and ensure you don’t have the product description hidden.
