I’m planning to launch a new product soon on my store [More Information], and I’d love to get some feedback before going live. How do the product presentation and marketing materials look? Are there any glaring issues I should address before launch day?

When I see your new product launch presentation, I can give you some feedback for you to improve before officially launching:
1. The site has too much text:
If you include too much text without highlighting the important keywords for your product, customers will easily become bored and overlook your product. You need to condense the information and present the standout features in bullet points to make it easier for customers to understand.
2. Unremarkable font:
Your banner image’s font and colors do not stand out and are quite dull. You should choose a different font with better shadow effects, make the text a bit bolder, and use outstanding colors. Also, consider adding a button to attract more conversions.
3. Some errors in spacing
I noticed that there are some errors in the spacing line between text and images. You need to fix it to have a flawless launching.
4. Improve Trust and Credibility:
Display trust badges, secure payment options, and easy return policies prominently. Highlight any certifications or freshness guarantees if applicable.

- Hero banner: You should use a high-quality hero image with a clear CTA. This way, you can ensure it conveys the product value immediately and attract users to action right from the first 3 seconds of impression.
- If you have any special deal or promotion, an announcement bar included is effective to drive actions.
- CTA (Call-to-Action) Placement: Add more visible CTAs like “Buy Now” or “Shop Now” throughout the page. A sticky CTA bar that stays visible as users scroll could also drive action. Furthermore, it seems that some buttons are not working properly when I access store. Let’s check it carefully to avoid confusing users and loose their trust.
- Trust Elements: It’s important to build brand trust so that they can buy from such a new brand. Adding security badges and highlight return policies near CTAs is needed to reassure customers.

- Concise product description: For product descriptions, it’s best to keep them concise and easy to read by using bullet points. Overall, your website looks great, but I think there are a few areas that could be improved to make it even better:
- The homepage feels a bit text-heavy. It’s best to focus on key information like: What products do you sell? What’s the core branding? What value do you bring to customers? How do your products benefit them? And what are your store’s policies? From my experience, customers don’t usually read through large blocks of text—they skim. Too much text can lead to drop-offs.
- You could follow the design approach from this section by using icons to display product information and showcase how the product will appear. This makes it easier for customers to visualize.
- Almost of the images seem a bit low quality. Enhancing the clarity of your product images will make your website look more polished and professional.

Hello Harry @Harryjordan1 glad you brought this here. To start with, I think it would be very beneficial for your store to have a sticky header and a search button on the header. This would help to make navigation way easier for customers.
I believe that it would also be very beneficial to add videos to your product gallery to showcase the products while in action, you could even opt to maybe make use of gifs. The main idea is just for it to be in high quality.
The customer reviews are very well organized and presented, so huge credit to you for that!
Lastly, you should add the links to the social media accounts of the business at the bottom and the accepted methods of payment as well.
