Is there any way to change the default sorting of products in Admin Panel (it’s not about the collection, it’s about the main product list view in admin)? When I open the Products menu, the list of products is always being displayed from the oldest product to the newest one. I know I can change the sorting from Newest to Oldest manually, but I would like to set this as a default. Are there any ways to do this?

Right now Shopify doesn’t allow you to save sorting for admin products.
But there is possible to create the link with predefined sorting/filter for your products in Admin Panel and keep in your browser bookmarks
Just for example: https://your-shop.myshopify.com/admin/products?selectedView=all&order=created_at%20asc&status=ACTIVE
Has anything changed since you posted this answer? Are we able to edit the default products sort within the dashboard yet? Or do you have a solution that allows me to stay within the app rather than open a new browser window?
No, it doesn’t. Sorting is still unavailable to save in the Shopify Admin Panel. Only filter customization is working.
