We updated our Theme from Pacific to Dawn and all the products migrated over fine except the secondary Media image. We understand why (those images are not uploaded in the library) but we no longer have a record of what they were. Strangely, this is fine because we don’t want them anyway; BUT, the problem is Shopify system is creating a placeholder “Image with Text” box for that ghost second image (see attached) for all of our products which is not good. Can anyone help?

You can hide or remove this Image with the text section by following the below instructions:
- From Online Store > Theme > Customize
- Within the pull-down menu at the center top, select Product > Default product.
- Within the sidebar menu, look for the Image with Text section. When hovering the mouse on it, you should find the eye symbol, click on it to hide whichever section you want.
I hope this can do the trick.
