Product overview page with menu to the collections associated with that page

Okay there has to be a way to do this. I have 8 t shirt collections, around 12 shirts per. I want a main t-shirt page with the collections on that page. So when someone goes to the menu, the menu takes them to the T-shirt overview page. That is where the product description will be, and then the t-shirt collections will be available from there. How do ai make this happen?

We can achieve this in two ways: Create individual collection pages for each Zodiac design, showing the product description and its 12 variants. Create a single collection page that displays all 8 Zodiac collections, each with its 12 variants. Thanks
