Hi All!
When customers try and purchase from my Instagram account they are directed to the selfstead.myshopify.com product page, which is completely blank as we are running a custom site (www.selfstead.com). I went to (try to) diagnose the problem; if I go to:
Instagram App - settings - business - shopping - website:
it says, selfstead.myshopify.com
If I go to:
Instagram App - settings - business - shopping - products:
it says, it is connected to the Shopify Product Catalog.
My question is: How can I connect my custom website (created with React) code to the Instagram?
