Product Page Code Question to move a banner

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me out.

I am using the Turbo theme from Out Of The Sandbox but I am still on the Shopify 1.0. and have not upgraded to the 2.0 just yet. You will see in my attachment I have a Banner (I think they are called) but it is just a small purple circle with either the word “SALE”, or “NEW”, in them depending on what type of product it is. I am wanting to move this banner over to the right more and a little bit up so that it looks aligned, but I can’t seem to find the proper page for the code. I inspected that area of my website using the inspect feature and It seems that the code is as follows… Sale I am pretty sure I have found that particular code but I cant seem to find where I can change the placement numbers to move it where I am wanting to. I am hoping someone can help me if you dont mind. Thank You!

Step 2. Open your theme.liquid theme file
Step 3. Paste below code before :

I am going to try this and will let you know if it worked. A new mystery on my site is that the SHOP PAY from Affirm that you see in that screen shot there is now missing from my product pages. Any reason that would happen? I have not touched anything it is just no longer there. It drives me nuts when things like this happen with no input from me. Like a ghost in my website. lol.
