Product Page not loading, infinite loop and crash

Hello,

I have multiple products, but this specific product page does not load.

It works on desktop, not on mobile. If you tap it and instantly scroll down a little, it’s fine. But if you tap and just wait, it will crash. Please can someone help me with this issue?

I appreciate that you have provided us with your online store URL as that is super helpful! When I navigated to your store using a mobile device to the product page mentioned, I did not experience any loading issues with the product page. I would suggest attempting to clear the cache on your mobile browser and try to navigate to the product page to see if it loads correctly.

If the issue persists, could you try this on a separate browser to see if that works for you? For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.

Let me know if that does the trick.

I’ve noticed it works sometimes, which is strange.

And it seems like the page is looping. Can you double check this as well?

Thanks for the quick response.

I attempted to navigate to the product page using a mobile device again and I did not receive a loading loop or any issues on the page. I used Google Chrome and Safari - the product page successfully loaded.

Did you happen to try to use a different browser to see if the issue persists?
