In using the Express theme, I have noticed my product page scrolls the right column of images down to about 50% before it starts to also scroll the left column of text with it. It doesn’t matter where you click or put the mouse on the page, it will not scroll the text section until the image section has been scrolled down about halfway. And then the inverse happens when you scroll back up, which means the top menu does not reappear when you expect it would.
At first it appears you cannot scroll the text section at all. Only if you happen to scroll far enough down the image section would you accidentally discover that it will scroll the text side, too. This is terrible usability that understandably confuses most users.
I have a usability tracker that shows this issue happens on every device that views this page in its two-column mode (not on mobile phones that display the page as a single column).
This has been going on since the beginning of using this page, so I don’t believe it could be due to a modification.
Can anyone fix this so both columns scroll together as one page, as you would expect?
