Hi @Sohan2198 this is often the result of trying to do cheap CSS quickfix band-aid instead of actual customization to try and put the quantity input and add to cart buttons on the same line|row. Which often does not account for everything actually involved, or any testing.
Simplest fix remove any prior custom css causing the issue.
If template files were directly modified do a file rollback https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/theme-structure/extend/edit-theme-code#roll-back
