The underscore trick is not working for items added to POS cart - line item properties show in the POS cart as well as the customer receipt which is not acceptable. Is there an equivalent workaround here?

How do you get the new property to show in the Quick View? Customers are able to add the items to the cart without the required customization if they click on Quick View.

Line item properties do not change a products price or create|add new products to the cart. For that you’d want to combine this with the gift wrapping customization https://shopify.dev/tutorials/customize-theme-add-gift-wrap-option

Could you try this with double __ underscores on the LIP’s , otherwise you may want to try those techniques with cart attributes instead though you’ll want to add either the variant id or the line_item key hash

I’m using Vantage Theme. I’ve searched for a template, section, or snippet that might be feeding the quick cart and the only thing I see is the product.quick.liquid. In the product.quick.liquid the only render that I see is the product-json.

Then the quickview may be a javascript template in which case it’s in the assets, either in a standalone file or it’s part of your theme.js… file.
