Product picture is scrolling, how to make it stuck?

Like the Subject said. I want to add an Add-on (upsell app) for our product page but the product picture is scrolling with the add-on making a gap between the text and picture. How do we make the product picture stuck? Here is a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXtD8BUGUJ8

Here is an example of how I would like it. The product picture is not scrolling. Been trying to get help from the theme developer but they blame the add-on.

All help would be awesome.

Thanks

A video is next to useless for this type of problem, give other peoples something to inspect so they can have context.

What theme are you using? What is a viewable url of the problem? etc etc

Check your theme settings for an option to turn off sticky product galleries|images.

That is a feature of the theme https://archetypethemes.co/pages/impulse-release-notes#:~:text=Sticky%20product%20images%20to%20account%20for%20long%20descriptions

It looks like it use it may be triggered by the class .product-single__sticky in the product images|gallery|slideshow section|snippet.

Backup your theme first then try and find that product-single__sticky in the relevant files and delete it and test the theme.

Or you can contact me at paull.newton+shopifyforums@gmail.com to buy a fix, but I would recommend considering just leaving the feature on as otherwise desktop users just end up with a long area of whitespace on the left hand side of the design.
