Product pictures not showing on collection pages - Canopy theme

Hello brilliant community!

Product images are not showing on collection pages, instead it’s just a gray background.

When on an individual product page, all of the images show up but when you look at a collection page, none of the images show. Please help!

oh sorry for that issue generate by your filter app can you please check and inform your app support team

Thanks all! And thanks @KetanKumar , you were right, it was an app I installed that was messing with the theme code. Contacted my theme design company (Clean Canvas) and they told me which app it was.

I didn’t need the app so I just deleted it but they likely could have edited the code to interface if I wanted.
