For one of my products the price is not showing up when listed in a collection, it only shows up when you click on the product and are taken to the individual product’s page. All of the other products in the collection have their price showing up fine except this one. I know it is an issue with the theme as it shows up fine when I tested it in another theme.
I’m semi-familiar with HTML I just don’t know where to look in order to find where this problem is originating from. Any help is appreciated..
Looks like you have already taken the correct steps in trying to get to the bottom of this issue by testing on another theme.
Now that we know this issue is specific to your theme, the next steps are to have a closer look at - as you speculate, the issue is likely to be found in the code of the theme.
Have you recently added any new third party apps or done any custom coding yourself?
Also, could you please let me know the name of your theme? If it is one of our free Shopify themes, we could have our Themes team take a look at it for you. If this is a third party theme, we can instead look to contact the developers of the theme directly and have them look into it for you.
