Product Prices in 'Markets' International and Primary (Nepal) show same but online differ

Some time ago I removed the MLVeda Multicurrency Pricing app (and related codes) and kept the MLVeda Currency Switcher app so that prices would display in the currencies of the visitor from abroad. In the Settings>Markets>International and the Settings>Markets>Nepal (Primary) the product prices show the same. However when accessed online from abroad the products show an increase in price of 60% which I cannot remember how I did it. I remember that I did not use a percentage increase in Shopify but manually converted the prices somewhere (where I cannot remember)
I have tried in Bulk editor, but with the column ‘International Markets’ showing all I get is checkmarks, and no option to change the prices. Is there anyone out there who knows where I can reset those? I don’t want a blanket-all-products increase - just certain products.
Here some screenshots:

Local Currency displaying from abroad (the higher price in Rupees).

Same item displaying higher price in Euro.

Settings>Markets>International showing original local price in Nepal - no increase here

Settings>Markets>Nepal (Primary) showing same local price for Nepali market.

Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
