Hi
I’m wanting to embed an app that shows my sales prices and my current prices, but the app I’m looking at trialling doesn’t differentiate between ‘one time purchase’ and ‘subscription’ which already offers a 10% discount. The workaround would be to create product variants via purchase type - subscription versus non-subscription and to keep the same SKU numberfor both. Will this mean that my Recharge subscriptions will be affected? I’m presuming not as the SKU number is the same? Thoughts?
In general app don’t interoperate unless specifically mentioned.
For getting multiple third party services to work together contact those third parties directly.
Does the thing operate on SKUS, or only manually assigned variants, etc etc etc.
Sometimes you just need to go and try it and continue to monitor it.
Thanks for your reply, I have been in touch with the sales app who don’t seem to have much of an answer, Shopify and Recharge are both hard to get hold of so I thought I’d try here. Do you mean the thing meaning the app?
The product SKUs are the same for each product and the only difference is they’re tagged in Recharge subscriptions with both ‘one time purchase’ and ‘subscriptions’ I’m just wondering if adding a purchase type variant into the product in Shopify will work as there is effectively no difference in the variants or whether it may cause problems in Recharge.
