That one is using Recharge Subscriptions for the vertical options – I’m not too familiar with their current feature set, so it might be, that this UI even is provided by that app altogether. But you mean this here, right?
I am not aware of a specific app or theme that will provide this out of the box (there may well be one or more), but it’s something that can be coded straightforward.
