It looks like you are running into some issues with the recommendation section on your store. Are you able to confirm if this feature is integrated directly from your theme, or you are using a third party app for this section? This will help identify the issue. Either way, keep in mind if you made any changes to your store recently in regards to theme code changes as this may be the cause of the issue.
If you suspect that this is an issue with your theme, I’d suggest reaching out directly to your theme developers as they may be able to take a closer look. If this is caused by an app, you can reach out directly to the developers as well.
