Product review stars showing without review

I have a product card showing a review, however it does not have a review, it seems to be only this one, all others that do not have a review or have a review display correctly. Can someone please assist, my reviews come from Fera but I have the themes rating on too so they show under the product cards too. Star review on your product list and product review app on the product page do not come from the same review app.

Thank you, I checked but cannot see anything for that particular product, it is coming from shopify I have checked with fera and they advised it was not coming from their end. This is the list I can see for that product and it is not even on there… any other suggestions ??

You will see option to turn that star ratings of from Edit theme

Theme documentation has this:

How do I show review stars on the collection page?

If your store is using a reviews app which links to Shopify’s standard rating metafield, review stars can be shown below products on the collection page. Go to Theme settings > Products > Product cards > Show reviews on product cards.

So, it must be that some metafields are left over from your previous review app.

Fera actually has an article on those – Shopify Review Metafields | Fera Help Center and I wonder why they did not tell you about this.

You do not see them on your products just because they do not have a definition by default. (and even if you add one, they may stay hidden, app-only).

But you can see them amongst the unstructured ones:

So on this product, click those 2 metafields and then click delete button.
