Product reviews from vitals stuck on image with text

I’m using product reviews from the vitals app, but when I added an image with text to my homepage the reviews popped up in a weird spot, (picture below)

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > Edit code

Step 2: Choose file theme.liquid
Step 3: Add code above the tag

I want to get rid of the reviews completely from where they’re at currently

I circled the reviews in this image. What I’m wanted to do is completely get rid of it. I don’t want the reviews to be displayed where they’re currently at.
