I have several products which ship singly, or one to a box. Right now if a customer orders a quantity of 2, they are being charged for one 60 lb package instead of 2, 30 lb packages. Because of this, we are grossly undercharging for shipping. Is there a way to handle products like this?
In Shopify you cannot do this directly. You need to use a third party shipping rate app like ShipMagic. However, it requires you to have CCS enabled on your store.
