product showing sold out even though inventory is there

hi,

Few products on website are showing sold out even though there is enough inventory available. Can someone please help to resolve this issue? Currently all our products have inventory still many are showing sold out.

Hi @RivaajEthnic ,

This issue may be caused by the product having multiple variants, with the first variant being out of stock, which results in the “Sold Out” message being displayed.

Please ask them to check again. They can enable the “Continue selling when out of stock” option to prevent the “Sold Out” status from appearing.
