I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this issue. We’ve had several issues with certain integrated sales channels not properly syncing product information (or syncing at all) despite correct settings within the last few months. Specifically Marketplace Connect for Amazon and Faire. Both were working fine up until a few months ago and then completely stopped working. We planned to step away from Marketplace Connect entirely, but Faire has been a helpful integration for us.
New products do not seem to by syncing at all despite correct tagging and settings for proper mapping. Both support teams have been unhelpful. We’ve also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the integration to no avail. Has anyone else had issues with third party sales channels not functioning properly? We’re hoping to get this issue with Faire resolved soon.
